"Pressure Vessel Manufacturing and Control Training
Pressure vessels are critical equipment operating under high pressure and temperature, widely utilized in the energy, petrochemical, chemical, food, and process industries. To ensure the safe manufacturing and operation of this equipment, processes such as design, material selection, fabrication, welding, inspection, and testing must be carried out in compliance with international standards. Since errors in the design and production stages of pressure vessels can lead to equipment failure and significant safety risks, these processes must be planned with technical precision.
This training program aims to provide participants with practical and technical knowledge by examining the manufacturing stages, quality control processes, and inspection methodologies of pressure vessels within the framework of international standards.
The training covers the entire production cycle of pressure vessels, including material procurement, forming, welding operations, heat treatments, non-destructive examination (NDE), pressure testing, and final inspections.
The objectives of this training are:
Understanding pressure vessel manufacturing processes in accordance with international standards.
Learning the quality requirements applicable to welded manufacturing processes.
Ensuring the correct application of non-destructive examination and testing methods.
Learning how to conduct pressure tests and final inspections.
Understanding the control and surveillance activities performed during the production phase of pressure vessels.
This training is particularly suitable for the following professionals:
Mechanical Engineers
Welding Engineers and Welding Technologists
Technical personnel of pressure vessel manufacturing companies
Specialists working in inspection and surveillance organizations
Quality Control Engineers
Project and Production Engineers
Technical personnel working in the pressurized equipment sector
Upon completion of the training, participants will:
Learn the fundamental structure and operating principles of pressure vessels.
Be able to analyze pressure vessel manufacturing processes step-by-step.
Interpret quality requirements for welded manufacturing.
Identify material standards used in pressure vessels.
Select and evaluate non-destructive examination methods.
Learn the application of hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
